Meeting subjects and demonstrations vary month to month. All educational sessions are conducted by members and guests who donate their time to increase the knowledge of our attendees who wish to learn their art and craft. If you wish to host a meeting please contact the President or Vice President of the Chapter. Several times a year the Greater Baltimore Chapter and Nations Capital Chef Association from Washington DC hold joint meetings. If you would like to host both chapters you may also contact their executive director.
